Cape Town Urban Adventures
Day tours, with a local
Few places in the world can boast a more spectacular setting than the Mother City, which is cradled in a unique amphitheatre formed by Table Mountain, Lion’s Head in the west and Devil’s Peak in the east. Breath fresh ocean air from the flanking Indian and Atlantic oceans on a Cape Town day tour. Enjoy and experience the friendly and welcoming Capetonians, the true gems of our vast continent.
In little more than three and a half centuries Cape Town has been transformed from a remote Dutch refreshment station, lifting the spirits of weary mariners who sailed into Table Bay to replenish their supplies after gruelling months at sea, to one of Africa’s most vibrant cities and a premier destination for tourists both local and foreign.
You can also do an Urban Adventures in our sister destination Johannesburg.

New Zealand
04 Apr 2011 The trip gave us a great insight into the city and its history which we wouldn't have got any other way. It was very well organised and we went to some really interesting places that you wouldn't see from a bus or car. The walking itself was easy, and the guide knowledgeable and good fun.

New Zealand
04 Apr 2011 This was a great hike but prospective hikers need to know it is a very steep climb up a lot of big steps and you need to be reasonably fit to finish it.(we are a couple aged around 60) Our guide was very patient and only went as fast as the slowest member and the view from the top was worth every bit of effort! He was so knowledgeable about the fauna and flora of the mountain and of its history it was such an interesting trip. Highly recommendedand a definite highlight of our holiday.
